1994 LEMAIRE TI22

Heat transfer printing press for making samples LEMAIRE type PRESSLINE TI 22 year of construction 1994, working width (size of the plates) 1m30 x 60 cm. Press fitted with two shifting devices enabling a very high production with one single operator. During the positioning of the pieces on one plate, the other already loaded, is submitted to the conditions of temperature, pressure and dwell-time recommended. The above operation being completed, the plate comes back towards the operator, while the other one, just loaded, is introduced into the press. Each shifting device is fitted with special covers. The upper covers are fitted with an opening frame. The press is automated. The temperature is controlled by means of modulated operation thermostat. Voltage 220/380V TRI, dimensions : width 1680mm x depth 1810mm x total height 1245mm, pressure 6 bars, air inlet Ø 15x21mm.
